DESCRIPTION:\nThese lockdowns have taken their toll on us all. Mind health needs to be a priority right now for us all. As the restrictions are lifting I’ll be starting up my Mindfulness and dip beach sessions again at Cullercoats Beach through the amazing Wild Sea Women and Cullercoats Collective \n\n\n\nI highly advocate for sunrises, nature and cold water therapy for mental health and combined with mindfulness these sessions will be a real boost for the soul and spirit \n\n\n\nEach week I aim to bring sessions with a different twist from focus on gratitude to facing fears and from loving kindness meditations to helping cultivate self compassion and more \n\n\n\n8 spaces available for each. This is a free event however any donations will go to the Cullercoats RNLI. Book via Wild Sea Women \n\n
