DESCRIPTION:FREE COMMUNITY EVENT, ALL WELCOME\nCullercoats Collective are proud to facilitate the community coming together to celebrate Cullercoats and combat loneliness this Summer Solstice.\nBring your beach blanket, coffee and/or your breakfast to Cullercoats Beach for all the community to watch the sunrise together. Even if you come alone, we have our Cullercoats Ambassadors who will be happy to welcome you.\n🌅Cullercoats is renowned for it’s beautiful sunrises coming over the horizon out to see, as well as its great, friendly people – so why not combine the two? Simply sit and take in the daily wonder with family, friends, alone, or anyone else in the community to share the “craic” of dawn experience:\nSunrise is at 4:23am and we will aim to get our Cullercoats Ambassadors to set their alarms and be there from 4:00! ⏰ Cullercoats bay will be mid-tide (with the tide heading out).\n🧘FREE YOGA AND MINDFULNESS SESSIONS\nWe will also have a free yoga class from Sarah McLusky Yoga,\nand a free Mindfulness session from Lorna on the beach for anyone to attend.\n☕️ Mat at Cullercoats Coffee will then be kindly opening his café early (from 5am) for those who will need coffee refills, or to continue the conversation indoors (our fair-weather solstice plan!)\nSet your alarms and seize the longest day, you won’t regret it. Even if you can only come alone – we want to encourage this as a friendly environment where all are welcome. Look out for our ambassadors in blue shirts who will be happy to meet you, and also do let them know if you are happy for others to join you (at a distance).
